[##_1L|1400662737.jpg|width="100" height="139" alt=""|_##]Warren Moon pleaded not guilty Monday to driving under the influence. Moon, 51, was arrested about 2 a.m. Dec. 28 after refusing a field sobriety and breath test. The Medina police officer who stopped Moon on Highway 520 said he smelled intoxicants near the vehicle. Moon was also cited for driving with expired tabs. He has paid the fine for that, according to the prosecuting attorney for Medina. Moon's case is being heard in Kirkland Municipal Court, which contracts with Medina for court services.

Moon, who played for the Huskies and Seahawks and has been inducted in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, is part of the radio broadcast of Seahawks games. He pleaded guilty to negligent driving in August after he was arrested on suspicion of DUI in April.

A pretrial hearing in the Dec. 28 case is March 31. The judge issued pretrial release conditions, which are standard in a drunken-driving case. Moon was instructed to not consume alcohol and was told he could not refuse a blood or breath test.
