Citizen Watch Completes Acquisition of Bulova Corporation

Paul, Weiss client Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. of Japan completed its purchase of Bulova Corporation from Loews Corporation for approximately $250 million in cash. New York-based Bulova Corporation's primary business is the sale of watches under the Bulova, Accutron, Caravelle and Wittnauer brands. Citizen expects the purchase of Bulova to help expand its U.S. presence.
