Mark Pierce, formerly of El Paso, is an experienced trial lawyer as well as an FAA-licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor who will add specific background in aircraft systems, piloting, regulations, navigation, weather, air traffic control, human factors, training and many other aviation disciplines.
