Weiland Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

DUI DWI Laws

Rocker Scott Weiland has pleaded innocent to drunk-driving charges following his November arrest in Los Angeles.

The Velvet Revolver singer entered his plea in a L.A. court through his attorney on Wednesday.

Weiland is free on $40,000 bail and is due back in court for a hearing on April 4.

If convicted, he faces up to one year behind bars because he has a prior conviction for driving under the influence.

He was pulled over by police on November 21 on a Hollywood freeway and was taken into custody after refusing to take a sobriety test.

Forte Law Group is one of only a very few law firms within the state of Connecticut that is dedicated to exclusively representing families and children with special needs.
